Abstract

The online registration system (Mobile JKN and Kanjuruhan RSUD Application) has been implemented starting in January 2023, but its usage is still low compared to manual registration. The purpose of this study is to find out the preparedness and satisfaction of the patient with regard to the use of online registration in the section where the patient is registered at RSUD Kanjuruhan. The study was carried out at the RSUD Kanjuruhan road care patient registration unit in January 2024 using a quantitative analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The population used was the entire street care patient using online registration, with a sample of 80 respondents counted using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique fills out the questionnaire sheet and is processed using the SPSS application, which then performs univariate analysis of existing variables. The results show that 100% of patients are ready to register online, 92.5% of respondents are satisfied, and 7.5% are dissatisfied with the satisfaction of using online registration. The conclusion is that all patients at RSUD Kanjuruhan have been ready to use the online registration application, and most of them have been satisfied with the application that has been developed by RSUD Kanjuruhan.
